The property which has recently been renovated and transformed into holiday apartments is divided into 2 units one of which has been subdivided into three apartments. One of the apartments with terrace is situated on the first floor (ITN570) and was once inhabited by a family of farmers; two are located on the ground floor (ITN571 and ITN572) and have been created from the former farming rooms each with their own equipped outdoor area. Opposite the house and on a higher level there is a lawn with swimming pool (12x5) that
is shared between the three apartments, from which you'll be enjoying beautiful view of the towers of S. Gimignano. Peaceful position. The road ends at the house and continues on into pathways (indicated in various guide books) for going on walks through the splendid countryside around S. Gimignano. All of the apartments have satellite TV. Small shared laundry room on the ground floor. Please note ITN570: the sofa bed in the living room is 120 cm wide.
