Peaceful position. In a secluded position in a large outdoor area with olive trees and lawn are a beautiful swimming pool (8x16) and a tennis court (shared). Each house has its own equipped
outdoor area. Access from a pleasant avenue with automatic gate. Complete, reasonably comfortable furnishings. A couple (the caretakers) live on the property. Parking. Baby-bed available upon request and local payment. Central heating. Please note: ITG431 has access to an external equipped area. Ceilings on 1st.floor are 1.80 m high. LOCATION: 3 km Pitigliano, 4 km Sovana, 30 km Saturnia with its spas which are good for the skin, 38 km Lake Bolsena, 60 km from the Argentario, the most prestigious coast of Tuscany.
