Beautiful farmhouse in the hills near Florence. The house is located in hillside position in a small rural complex made up of a total of three independent properties. In the garden you will find a swimming pool (10x5) (1/4-30/9) with degrading roman stairs, an equipped panoramic terrace and a barbecue. Access via a dirt track road (ca.400m). The house owner uses the apartment on ground floor. The house is suitable for clients with pets, as it has a fenced and shaded garden. The attic ceilings are 1,60m to 2,80m high. in the living/dining room and attic. On request and to be paid for on site: midweek cleaning (Wednesday) for the making of beds and cleaning of the bathrooms and living room (Euro 50 to be paid on the spot), domestic help, cook, lunches and dinners with typical Tuscan menu, baby-sitter. It is possible to go horse-back riding in a riding centre reserved for the guests (to be requested when booking and upon payment). 1 small pet allowed. Some distances: Florence ca.5 km; Siena 65 km.
