There is a large fully equipped kitchen with separate useful utility area as well as a hatch through to the lounge. The master bedroom has a double bed, access to the main terrace, built in wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes and a private terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes. There is also

a full separate bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor but due to its position being built on a hill the terrace is raised from the ground. The complex offers beautiful mature gardens and a large communal pool for guests to enjoy. There is also a separate children's pool. There is underground parking with lift access up to the apartment.

This secure gated complex in a superb location just a short and easy walk from the beach as well as being just a few hundred metres from a useful mini market and the Los Amigos Beach club with bar and restaurant (closed in January). There are bus stops also within walking distance giving easy access to other resorts along the coast also making this the ideal place from which to explore.
