The holiday home consists of two small holiday apartments which are connected through an outdoor stairway and a separate "Konoba" on the ground floor. The Konoba has a vinoteque, a grill and cooking corner for preparing your meals and a sitting area for pleasant hours with your friends or family. The house is situated on a large property and is surrounded by olive groves among which you will find the swimming
pool. Next to the pool is a separate room with a shower. Makarska is a picturesque town with many activities for tourists. It is conveniently located between Split and Dubrovnik and has the majestic Biovovo Mountains (up to 1,800 metres) in the background and the crystal clear water from the Adriatic Sea in the front. After a day of strolling in the old town, you can spend the evening on the Marineta Promenade. There are numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. The seaports Omis or Split with a city flair are worth seeing. The town centre is inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List.
